The project involves the constructing a new building envelope to fully enclose the Culligan Waterpark Pool Facility, along with repairs to the pool deck and basin and upgrades to the disinfection system. Kelson’s mechanical scope includes replacing underground piping and installing a new mechanical room equipped with heat pumps, an air handling unit, and associated mechanical systems, including new piping and ductwork.
