The University of Toronto Trinity College is a small academic school for grades 5-12 within the UofT campus. Kelson was the prime contractor for the Steam and Condensate piping upgrade project working directly with the owner. This project involved the removal of the existing condensate piping and installing the Perma-Pipe underground. Kelson dug a trench from the Rotman School of Management building to Trinity College. This trench stretched across a road and involved a complexed schedule. Kelson installed steam chambers and a leak detection system. All mechanical systems for the steam connections were updated. This was an occupied facility.
