Kelson is the prime contractor for the Allandale Recreation Centre ventilation upgrade project. This project involves the removal of the existing pool dehumidification unit and associated pool condenser, boiler, circulator, reheat coil, shell and tube heat exchanger serving the pool area of the building.
Mechanical Systems
Kelson will supply and install new pool dehumidification unit (DH1), associated pool dry cooler (CU1), 2 boilers (B1/B2), two associated boiler circulators (BC1/BC2), reheat coil (RH1), pumps (P1/P2/P3), and 2 plate and frame heat exchangers. Kelson will provide new controls. Remove and install new ductwork, piping, insulation, electrical services and associated controls. This will be a phased construction project to minimize pool area downtime. This is an occupied facility.
