Gordon Brown Middle School - Air Handling Unit Replacement

Kelson is the prime contractor on the AHU replacement at Gordon Brown Middle School. We will be replacing 3 AHUs, refurbishing fans, and installing new heating water and glycol heating systems. We will install new steam heat exchangers to connect the new heating water and glycol heating systems to the existing steam system. Additionally, we will need to install new pumps for the new heating water and glycol heating piping systems. All of the duct work associated with the old units will need to be demolished and replaced as part of our scope. This includes the large roof top ductwork connection to the roof top unit.
Mechanical Systems
Supply and install new AHUs, Pumps, Heat Exchangers, AC units, Condensate Pump, and Fans. Connect to the school’s existing steam system and add a glycol heating system of AHUs.
