Toronto Dominion Bank - #1 Heat Exchanger Replacement

Kelson was the prime contractor for the Security Operations Centre (SOC) at Toronto Dominion Bank. This involved the Heat Exchanger #1 replacement. Kelson demolished the existing heat exchanger #1 and replaced it with the same model from Alfa Laval. Kelson installed the new unit and also the balancing work to verify flows and pressure drops once new heat exchanger was installed. Kelson built the heat exchanger on site with a composite crew of Kelson and Alfa Laval. Kelson carried out the hydrostatic pump test on site to specified design pressure for heat exchanger sign off. This was a high security data centre with strict security procedures for this occupied facility.
