Kelson was the Mechanical Contractor for Defence Construction Canada Royal Military College Massey Library Building R13 Phase 2 & 3 project. Kelson was also the mechanical contractor for the Phase 1 project that we successfully completed in 2018. This project involved extensive renovation to the HVAC upgrades and controls. This was an occupied facility that require security clearance for all workers. It encompassed three lecture theatres, hallways and washrooms. This was a very tight schedule as everything required to be commissioned and ready for occupancy in the fall of 2019. Kelson successfully completed this aggressive schedule.
