This is a new project for Defense Construction Canada. It is a high security building for the CFB Kingston base.

Kelson mechanical highlights:
This building has many unique features that cater to the specific security requirements of the department of national defense. Kelson coordinated the installation and commissioning of 14 different air handlers and a common energy recovery unit. The building consists of access flooring for underfloor supply plenums and a complete above ceiling return plenum. Natural gas services 3 domestic water heaters as well as 2 condensing boilers for the central heating plant. The cooling plant consists of a main chiller and air cooled condenser as well as a number of split systems for localized cooling of the electrical and communications rooms.
