A new Computer Data Centre for Royal Bank. District area facility for meeting critical security and scheduling requirements. Geo. A. Kelson Company Ltd., assisted with mechanical system scheduling, budgeting, interference, AutoCAD, quality controls, and project management to ensure a successful project. Working with consultants and general contractor, Kelson quickly identified major milestone activities and long lead delivery equipment. Team meetings were arranged to fast track the RFI, Shop Drawing Review and release of equipment for manufacturing. This allowed Kelson and its sub-trades to organize work forces, material and equipment in the correct sequence.
