Accelerated construction schedule. Identified scope of work needs to be completed in a short period of time, with minimal access during the day due to ongoing production. Detailed coordination with production facility & operations – trades need to coordinate installation around production schedules/shutdowns and overtop of existing production equipment. Schedule Development and Integration – working with IMC and G&G to incorporate scheduling requirements to complete installation, in order to minimize effects of production works. Incorporate scheduled shutdowns of existing equipment, where tie-ins are to be completed.
