Mechanical Systems
Kelson mechanical highlights: On this project, the scope included the installation of complete bathroom groups, air handling units, involvement in re-working the steam and condensate humidifier systems and the installation of a gas fired rooftop unit to serve the classrooms. It also involved a complete new compressed air system and upgrade of the current pneumatic building controls system to a low voltage wiring building controls system. All employees needed to have secret clearance in order to work on this site, as much of the information/documents could not be removed.
