Orillia Soldiers Memorial Hospital - Diagnostic CT Replacement

Kelson was the mechanical contractor for the renovation project at Orillia Soldier Memorial Hospital. This project involved the Diagnostic Computerized Tomography (CT) replacement. A challenge of this project was the restricted space constraints. Kelson worked with all team members to coordinate a solution. An alternative piece of equipment was used to fit the space. Kelson converting room layouts adding washrooms and reconfiguring the HVAC systems. Kelson relocated some walls and plumbed in a new washroom. Kelson also provided a fan coil unit for the CT scanner. These renovations occurred during the COVID pandemic and were completed as scheduled. This was a fully operational hospital with strict Infection Control procedures.
