Construction of Toronto Lester B. Pearson Airport's new Airside Maintenance Facility - Phase 1 included construction of a facility for sand, de-icing material, and equipment storage. Project also included the provision of new fuel dispensing islands for airport maintenance vehicles, the supply & installation of a new liquid de-icing dispensing system, new waste enclosure, and new sweeper containment areas. Project was completed in phases in order to maintain uninterrupted operations of the Airport facility under airside and groundside conditions.

Kelson mechanical highlights:
Kelson was responsible for the mechanical systems. Installation of new heating units, Air Handling Units, Condensors, Hot water Boilers, Air Compressors and Heat Exchangers.
