Town of Newmarket - 194 Eagle Street - HVAC Replacement

Kelson is the prime contractor for the Regional Municipality of York – 194 Eagle Street, office HVAC renovation project. This project included careful and detailed planning of replacing 8 existing Roof Top Units (RTU’s) with brand new ones. The significance of this project was in scheduling and accurate planning for execution to minimize the disruption of air movement within the building since this building is occupied with aged patients. This project was intentionally scheduled to happen within the shoulder season so no heat and no cool air was required.
