Kelson was prime contractor for the St. Mike’s Hospital Pathology Lab renovation project. This consisted of complete demolition of Level 2 area and new mechanical service installation for the pathology lab.
Mechanical Systems
Kelson mechanical highlights:
Demolotion of existing Level 2 which is located below MRI and above the Emergency Room. New plumbing and heating services were installed in this area. A new lab exhaust fan was placed on the 18th floor with duct work run on the exterior down to Level 2. A new steam coil was installed in the existing Air Handing Unit.
