Markham Flato Theatre - HVAC & BAS Replacement

Kelson was the prime contractor for the renovation project at the Markham Flato theatre. This project involved the demolition/removal and replacement of five Air Handling Units (AHU), all associated hydronic piping located in 3 separate mechanical rooms. All of the demo and install in the mechanical rooms had to be coordinated through the supply louvers. As well all the pneumatic lines throughout the building were replaced with an entirely new BAS Control system and Software, Direct Digital Control (DDC). All radiator controls valves were replaced and 13 VAV Box’s were replaced as well with associated controls.
