Location: Mississauga
Provide chilled water and heating hot water to North building phase 1 and for future expansions. This includes supply and installation of 3500 ft of underground 18” chilled water pipes (DHPE) and 6” heating lines from the CUP building to North building.
Mechanical Systems
- Supply and installation of 3,500 linear ft for 18” chilled water pipes HDPE and 6” steel pipes with leak detection system. - Supply and installation of 2 pumps and 3 heat exchangers. - Supply and installation of flow BTU meters. - Supply and installation of leak detection system for the heating pipes. - Supply and installation of steam hot water heater. - Calculation of stress analysis for chilled and heating pipes. - Design of underground concrete anchors based on the stress analysis.
