Kingston General Hospital - 2nd MRI Addition KIDD Wing

Kelson was the mechanical contractor for the Kingston General Hospital (KGH) MRI Suite addition and KIDD Wing renovation project. This was a new addition and interior upgrades to the existing MRI suite to house a second MRI machine. Upgrades to new services include Plumbing, Hydronic, HVAC and Medical Gas Systems. Additionally, the installation of a new Chiller and RTU and their associated systems were upgraded. This was scheduled in phases to accommodate minimum disruption to staff and patients of the hospital. This was an occupied facility with IPAC procedures.
