Kelson mechanical highlights:  Installing VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) system with over 40 split units and 8 roof top condensers. 2 gas fired make-up air units on roof. Boiler room complete with pumps. Fast paced schedule with mechanical rough-in time being 3 months.
