Georgian College Barrie - Bldg. M Nursing Reno

Kelson was the mechanical contractor for the Georgian College Building M Nursing Renovation, a 15,000 sq. ft. redevelopment of the nursing simulation lab. The scope includes complete plumbing and compressed air systems, new HVAC sheet metal and heat pump installations, and the removal of existing mechanical infrastructure. All work was being carried out within an occupied facility, requiring careful planning and coordination to minimize disruption to ongoing campus activities. The project also includes mechanical upgrades within classrooms and common areas, as well as full commissioning of all new systems.
