Bayridge Secondary School - Controls Upgrade

Description:Â Â Radiator upgrades to help improve heating in the building, as there were complaints about parts of the school being cold. For 55 radiators, install new control valve with thermoelectric actuator, automatic air vent, balancing valves, drain valve and isolation valve. All 55 rads had conduit running, and new controllers were installed to connect them to a new BAS system. Also, installing starters for the QTY 7 EF and QTY 1 Air Handler, which was also connected to the new BAS system
