Anderson Collegiate Institute - Ventilation & Boiler Upgrades

Kelson was the prime contractor for this renovation project. This project consists of removal of 4 boilers and replacing them with 2 new boilers. Also, an air handling unit was added in the boiler room along with a condensing unit which was placed on the roof. Replacing pumps and an expansion tank in the boiler room as well as pouring/expanding concrete pads for the new boilers. An additional rooftop unit was installed complete with roof gas piping. Adding ductwork for classes is part of this project as well. Extensive Type 3 abatement was done as part of the scope. This was a fully occupied facility.
