Southlake Hospital-Long Term Residential Care

Southlake Regional Hospital Long Term Residential Care was a new build five stories building. There are 53 suites per floor, each suite has a washroom and a bedroom. The cafeteria was located on the lower level along with a hair salon and dental office. The mechanical room was located in the basement of the building. Natural gas was supplied, with AC units on each floor, and radiant heating. Installation of emergency fuel oil generator was also provided.
