The Université de l’Ontario français is a French-language public university in downtown Toronto. Kelson was the mechanical contractor for this renovation project that consisted of shelled space that was converted into a French University campus. New space will include classroom, lecture areas and meeting/study rooms.
Mechanical Systems
Kelson mechanical highlights: Mechanical room scope includes: Air Handling Units (AHU), boilers, pumps and humidifier, including condensing units on the roof for cooling. This involved the removal of existing equipment and replacement of new systems. Tenant space included fan powered boxes and perimeter induction units to provide heating to the space, as well as multiple washrooms and kitchenettes.
