Belleville Quinte West Community Health Centre

The new home of the Belleville Quinte West Health Centre , is a three storey, 28,000 square ft new build, that will be able to provide a broad range of services under one roof ,  creating a space that can be utilized by the whole community.
Mechanical Systems
Kelson mechanical highlights: The building heating system is comprised of two 500 MBH High efficiency boilers witch serves the buildings various hydronic equipment such as the perimeter radiation and vav boxes.. The air distribution throughout the building is supplied by two rooftop units , one providing 16000 cfm and the other 8000 cfm  which are supplemented by a super energy efficient ERV which reduces the buildings heating requriements . The communication systems architecture is complete with enough capacity to allow an extra 25% capacity for future expansion and the efficiency’s of the equipment providing comfort to its occupants will go a long way towards helping reach our new carbon footprint.
