Princess of Wales Theatre - Rooftop RTU Replacements

KELSON was hired as a General Contractor to remove and replace 5 rooftop units for the Princess of Wales Theatre. This included all mechanical, electrical, and controls work. Â The project had a very tight timeline as there was only an 8 week window to procure and build the units, demo the old ones and replace them with the new ones. These units were all roof top units with very difficult access to crane lift them off. As these units were over 25 years old the new ones did not fit the existing curbs so transition curbs were also installed.Â
At the end of the 8 weeks all units were replaced and up and running.
