The Kingbridge Centre consists of: over five kilometers of nature trails through forested terrain and rolling hills, a unique 200 meter indoor running track suspended roughly seven feet above the ground and fully climate controlled, fitness room with strength building stations, free weights and cardio equipment, indoor and outdoor swimming and whirlpools, steam room & sauna, outdoor tennis & basketball courts, Sports Court to play basketball, floor hockey, and 2 Squash Courts.
