Kelson was the Mechanical Contractor for the office renovation for RBC at 330/310 Front Street. This project consisted of the removal of all existing plumbing and HVAC lines back to their mains. Â Once removed, new lines were installed for connection to small kitchenette on each floor and a washroom on two floors. HVAC work consisted of new branch lines to be built off the existing main supply duct ring. Â This was an occupied facility. This was a fast-paced project with a quick turnaround time due to owner requirements.
