Existing Lab renovation consisting of one new MUA, and one new RTU with VAV boxes. New air compressor with new compressed air lines. New domestic water heater with new cold water and non potable water lines serving labs. Fume hoods (by owner) ducted to new lab exhaust fans. Underground piping to be laid out after scanning and saw cut of existing floor. New gas tie in’s to existing gas piping on roof to new roof top units.
