Renovation of 2 mechanical rooms and 4 floors repairs and upgrades to the building envelope using a "Curtain Wall" approach to provide an effective weather barrier and to meet the functional needs of the occupants; renovation of penthouse on existing roofs to provide the proposed ventilation upgrades; structural upgrades to meet current seismic requirements; mechanical upgrades including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sprinkler systems including interior demolition; reinstatement and electrical upgrades to support the those modifications; upgrades to electrical and telecommunications systems; and upgrades to improve barrier free access.
