Bancroft Professional Services Building - HVAC Upgrades

Kelson was the prime contractor for the HVAC upgrades at the Bancroft Professional Office Building renovation project. The project entails the replacement of 3 Air Handling Units (AHU) and 3 Exhaust Fans, new heat recovery coils, new boilers, new heat pump, new hydronic piping, sheet metal, pumps, accessories, controls and associated electrical and general trades. This is a 3 storey building that is co-joined to Centennial Manor Long Term Care and Quinte Healthcare.
