Bell Canada Creekbank - New Head Office - 5099 Creekbank Rd., Mississauga

Bell's Creekbank campus in Mississauga is a new five-storey office building with two levels of underground parking. The design of this fourth building at their Creekbank location revolves around the idea of encouraging organic interaction and socialization among departments and between various levels of personnel and management. This project has a number of interesting environmental design features, including high-albedo paving, high-efficiency irrigation, and dark-sky-compliant lighting. This is a Class A corporate office building consisting of; Fitness and Wellness Centre, cafeteria and coffee shops, outdoor dining areas, shopping, and services.

As part of the scope some of the services we provided included HVAC, Plumbing, Standpipe System, Fire protection and BAS. The project, which included a full tenant fit-out, achieved LEED Silver certification.
