Kelson is the mechanical contractor for the new art gallery building consisting of three galleries, a forum and lobby with walkway extension tied to existing building on campus. Unique building with high exposed ceiling in galleries.
Mechanical Systems
Kelson is responsible for the installation of cold/hot and hot water recirc to washrooms. Point of use instantaneous domestic hot water tanks, and drainage including storm and sanitary. Also, for the install of new Air Handling Unit (AHU) and Condensing Unit on roof. New Glycol loop pumps and LP steam to glycol heat exchanger. New VAVs with reheat coils provided by sheet metal. Complete BAS system by JCI (existing base building controls provider). 2 Split AC units with associated refrigerant piping. This is an occupied campus.
