The Fairfield Public School project included upgrade of the air conditioning system in the first and second stories of the school. Nine new rooftop ductless split system heat pump condensers and nine new indoor wall mounted air handling cassettes were installed. The existing Andover Building Automation system was upgraded including all new control wiring for the new air conditioning system. New condensate drains for each indoor cassette was installed.
