Renovation of existing office building.  Kelson performed complete prime mechanical work for this project including plumbing HVAC piping, Sheetmetal, Fire Protection, Controls and Mechanical Wiring, Seismic • Kelson performed all civil related to above modifications including cutting and coring of concrete and all concrete infill of abandoned shafts. Kelson responsible for all associated Structural Engineering for this work • Work performed to CaGBC - Leed Standard accreditation • Project was performed under high security requirements and clearances • Multiple stakeholders • Project completed as per schedule
