Kelson is the mechanical contractor for the Queen’s University Duncan McArthur Hall expansion project. This is the complete renovation of the basement mechanical room and ground floor mechanical systems. Additional plumbing upgrades to isolated washrooms.
Mechanical Systems
Demolition and reinstallation of AHU, hydronic heating and cooling systems, gas, domestic water, storm and sanitary systems. Decommissioning of existing steam system. Installation of new ERV and refrigerant split AC systems. Overseeing the upgrades to the Sheetmetal and air distribution systems.
