New boiler controls, Redesign boiler room while keeping it running, Organizing the phasing and removal of equipment to avoid disruption of heat to the client, Removal and disposal of all existing equipment, Setting up the site in a orderly fashion and clean fashion, Keeping safety documentation up to date with involved parties and enforcement of the kelson policy and the green book, Scheduling equipment deliveries in a timely fashion, Scheduling all work in an effective manner, Limiting any impact to the owner of the building, Assisting in any design issues and suggestions on a more effective way to layout the boiler room for maintenance on all equipment, Working hand in hand with the site rep to ensure they were getting the product they wanted.
