Kelson mechanical highlights: Very tight space (1400 sq.ft) with a large amount of mechanical services. Significant co-ordination required to fit all services. Original design did not fit within the budget, Kelson’s estimating team worked with HH Angus to value engineer the job to determine a cost friendly solution.
