The Coca Cola Fairlife Black Box Upgrades Project involves renovating and adding new building utility plumbing and air distribution systems to serve a new 13,000 sqft production space that will increase Fairlife’s production capacity significantly for their whole line of milk drinks and milk-based protein drinks in their current 145,000 sqft Peterborough, ON facility.

Mechanical Systems

Kelson is installing two new rooftop air handling units to serve the new production space, including new natural gas piping and stainless steel air distribution ductwork, and a renovated milk receiving and testing area complete with milk delivery driver rest area and new washrooms. Additionally, Kelson is installing an all new high temperature underground process drainage system, new underground sanitary system and new process sanitary system that all tie into existing underground services on the Fairlife production campus. A new incoming water meter and back flow assembly is being installed during a plant shut-down to upgrade the plant’s water capacity to accommodate the new production area.
