Henry Street High School - East Wing Ventilation Upgrades

Kelson was the prime contractor for the mechanical upgrading ventilation system in the east wing of Henry St High School.
Mechanical Systems
Our work included the following scope: Supply and install of 4 roof top units. Roofing work including installation of curb mounts for 4 roof top units, supply and installation of doghouses. Control wiring was done as part of the cash allowance, however programming was performed by DDSB. This project was heavy on sheet metal side but small on firestopping. Electrical wiring, lighting, fire alarm performed by Space Age Electric.
