Queen's University - New Medical Bldg. Heat Wheel Replacement

Kelson was the prime contractor for the Queen’s University New Medical Building – Heat Wheel replacement project. Kelson was required to demolish the existing heat wheels in four air handling unit; install and startup new heat wheels.
Mechanical Systems
Demolish and install heat wheels while keeping AHU operational as much as possible. Modify AHUs as needed to ensure new wheels operated as designed. Reused existing flashing to limit the amount of new material required.
