Defence Construction Canada - R24 Supply Building Retrofit

All new heating piping was provided to service wall convectors throughout the building. The mechanical room was outfitted with new steam specialties, steam to water heat exchanger, hot water pumps and domestic hot water system. Fresh air is provided through an HRV and summer cooling provided by a split system air conditioning systems with various evaporators through the building. All equipment is monitored and controlled via a BMS.
