Kelson is the mechanical contractor on the Elite Stone Industrial tenant fit-out project. This consists of a warehouse with 40 foot ceilings with connected two story office space. Warehouse has of compressed air, domestic water, and recycled water for Elite Stone equipment. Gas piping serving air curtains, Make-Up Air (MUA) unit.

Kelson mechanical highlights:  Kelson installed all Elite Stone recycling water equipment including; dehydrators, pumps, bag filters etc. Office area consists of domestic water, drainage, gas piping. 6 roof top units, and 1 DHWT, with plumbing fixtures.
