Complete rework of the 18th floor of 55 Bloor for a full renovation to convert into a new office space that will operate 24 hrs/day for financial trading.
Kelson mechanical highlights: Installed new fixtures and equipment as part of a renovation to the 18th floor of 55 Bloor St. New compartment units and rooftop units were added to create a stand alone system that would run in the off hours when the base building system shuts down to facilitate 24 hrs/day operation.
