The new Fairvern Nursing Home Redevelopment will replace the existing Long-Term Care. Kelson is the mechanical contractor for the Fairvern Nursing Home redevelopment project that will be a minimum 160 bed, 3 Storey/ 4 level facility designed to meet current MLTC guidelines and the latest best practices in Infection Prevention and Control. The project site is located north of the historic downtown of Huntsville, Ontario on 7.32 acres. This site backs onto protected greenspace.
Mechanical Systems
Providing material, equipment and installation for Plumbing, HVAC, Automated Controls for all mechanical systems including Air Handlers, Air Source Heat Pumps, Mechanical Piping and In-Floor Heating System. Kelson coordinated with other Trades, such as Electrical, Sprinkler, Food Service Supplier, Laundry Supplier, to ensure systems were installed and operational as per specifications.
