Kelson is the prime contractor for the Glen Ames SPS Steam to Hot Water Conversion project. This is a renovation project for Toronto District School Board, which involves replacing all perimeter heating such as wall fins, convectors, unit heaters, force flow heaters, and unit ventilators. As well as installing 6 new hydronic pumps in the mechanical room. Installing a new return fan, a new air handling unit, and refurbishing 3 fans are all under Kelson’s scope

1 air handling unit, 1 plate and frame heat exchanger (titanium), 2 shell and tube heat exchangers, 6 hydronic pumps, building perimeter heating including: unit heaters, unit ventilators, force flow heaters, wall fins, heating coils, 2 expansion tanks, 2 air separators, 3 outdoor air louvers, 1 return fan.
