This project entailed installing new steam and condensate service’s between Fleming Hall and Ontario. Perma pipe was installed underground and new concrete service trench’s had to be provided to get the steam and condensate to the newly renovated mechanical room . PRV stations were installed complete with condensate pumps serving all the steam specialty items.
