STAPLES Business Depot, Canada’s leader in Small Business and Home Office supplies, builds a new Canadian home office building in Richmond Hill, Ontario. Construction of the new 5-story building was done on time, and on budget.  The building is on Leslie Street between 16th Avenue and Major Mackenzie Drive on approximately 10 acres of land. The new building is 125,000 square feet with ample parking and a walking path around the perimeter.  Includes a fitness centre on the 4th floor, and a cafeteria that encompasses the 5th floor with a balcony. This project has a unique Heat Pump system with 136 Heat Pumps delivered and installed in 2 days. A complete pre-fab mechanical room and the cooling tower is concealed inside the building.
