Kelson is the prime contractor for the waterline replacement project at the Joyceville Correctional Facility medium institution. This project involves the removal and replacement of the 6” waterline and associated valves and headers supplying that various areas of building.

Kelson mechanical highlights: All work had to be completed while maintaining existing domestic cold-water service to the Joyceville Medium Institution. This is a high security occupied facility.
