Newmarket Courthouse Renovations

The Newmarket Courthouse is located at 50 Eagle Street in Newmarket. The project requires the existing units HVAC 1 to 12 are to be removed and handed over to the Client. New roof top unit RTU-1, VAV boxes 1 to 12, ductwork, piping, insulation, and insulation jacketing are to be supplied and installed, as specified. The existing controls are to be modified to accommodate new systems.
