The Hospital for Sick Children - NICU Neonatal MRI

Kelson was the mechanical contractor for The Hospital for Sick Children NICU Neonatal MRI renovation project. This involves the plumbing, piping, HVAC, sheet metal and Medigas for a MRI room and NICU corridors and rooms.
Mechanical Systems
Kelson completed the piping, plumbing throughout the project and built a new duct work for the associated room, corridors and offices. Also, Medigas was completed for the whole project and was tested and confirmed under TSSA. Also, a smoke damper on the main trunk of existing duct was installed. This was an occupied facility with strict IPAC procedures in place.
